TheraSuit Payment Policy

The cost of our TheraSuit intense rehabilitation program is $5400.00.  The program takes place over 3 weeks and children will be seen 5 days a week for 3 hours a day by our certified TheraSuit physical therapist.  Please call or email our office manager for openings and schedule.

In order to reserve a space for our intensive therapy program please contact us for availability, space is limited.  To ensure your reservation we ask for a $1000.00 deposit.  Check or major credit card is accepted.  Please make checks out to Esperanza A Pediatric Therapy Center.  Balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival date ($4400.00).  

Traditional Therapy payment Information

We are currently able to accept the following insurance carriers:  Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, TriCare / Triwest, Lifewise, Great West, Cigna, and First Choice Health PPO Network.  We are working to become providers in additional major insurance companies and will update this list on an ongoing basis.  It is the responsibility of the patient/parent/guardian to know their benefits.

Co pays are due at the time of visit.  We reserve the right to cancel any treatment session if co pay is not rendered at time of service.

We have set up a sliding fee scale for patients who decide to private pay for therapy services.  Our office manager can provide you with information.  Personal check, cash and major credit cards are accepted.  Please make checks out to Esperanza A Pediatric Therapy Center.  Payment is due at time of service.
