TRADITIONAL THERAPY

Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services focus on preserving, developing and restoring physical function that may have been lost due to traumatic injury, disease, congenital abnormality, surgical intervention or other neuromuscular disorder.  These services are typically offered 1 – 3 times / week for 50 minutes each session.  These interventions may include:

 ON-SITE EVALUATIONS
We also offer on-site evaluations and modifications of durable medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, standers and seating.  We  provide assistance with adaptive equipment and assistive devices such as commode chairs, shower chairs, reach and grasp equipment.  Casting and fitting for orthotics can be arranged on-site by appointment.

Esperanza is the only evaluation center in Washington for Freedom Concepts Adaptive Cycles.  These cycles are designed to improve motivation, acceptance, initiation, balance, strength, stability and above all independence.
